Lobbying?

Writing to document this process: I have never lobbied for anything before. Huntington has the highest death rate from heroin overdoses in the country. I want to try to figure out why and how to change that, then go to state and federal legislators to ask for help. Along the way I hope to pick up some fellow concerned citizens, from Huntington, West Virginia, or anywhere in the US, really.  I plan to have documents here, as many as I can find, with the data.  There will be regular blog posts chronicling my journey, and pages with documents for data and information Some of it will be encouraging, some frustrating, some sad, but my goal is to change those numbers.
